At Supremacy Luxury Rides, we are committed to providing an exceptional and stress-free experience for every client. This car rental policy outlines the terms and conditions under which our vehicles may be reserved, driven, and returned. By renting from Supremacy Luxury Rides, the renter agrees to all policies outlined below.

1. Renter Eligibility and Driver Requirements

To ensure the safety and integrity of our luxury rental fleet, all drivers must meet the following requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old (25+ for select vehicles including Teslas and high-performance models).
Possess a valid, unexpired U.S. driver’s license.
Have no major driving violations (DUI, reckless driving, suspended license) within the last three years.
Be able to present a valid credit or debit card in the renter’s name.
All additional drivers must be registered, approved, and meet the same eligibility criteria.

2. Rental Reservations, Payment, and Deposits

All reservations require full payment at the time of booking to secure the vehicle.
A refundable security deposit is required for each rental. The amount varies depending on the vehicle class and is held for potential damages, late returns, or policy violations.
Deposits are refunded within 3–7 business days after the vehicle is returned and passes final inspection.
Supremacy Luxury Rides accepts major credit and debit cards. We do not accept prepaid cards or cash for rental payments.

3. Rental Duration, Pickup, and Return Policy

Rental time begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends when the vehicle is returned to Supremacy Luxury Rides or an authorized location.
Late returns without prior notice will be charged $50 per hour, up to the full daily rental rate.
Unauthorized late returns over two hours may be reported as unauthorized use, and the vehicle may be remotely disabled or recovered.
Early returns are accepted but do not qualify for partial refunds unless arranged at the time of booking.
We offer flexible pickup and drop-off options within Cleveland and select nearby locations. Additional fees may apply based on distance or special requests.

4. Use Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct

The renter agrees to use the vehicle responsibly and only for personal or approved business use. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Street racing, drifting, burnouts, or reckless driving.
Off-road use or travel on unpaved roads not maintained for public use.
Transporting pets without written approval.
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or cannabis products inside the vehicle.
Towing or transporting trailers, equipment, or hazardous materials.
Use of the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Driving the vehicle across state lines without prior written consent.
Allowing an unapproved or unlisted driver to operate the vehicle.

Violation of any use restriction may result in immediate termination of the rental, loss of the security deposit, financial responsibility for damages, and possible legal action.

5. Insurance Requirements and Liability

All renters must provide proof of active personal auto insurance that includes liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage applicable to rental vehicles.
Renters without proper coverage may be required to purchase supplemental insurance through a third-party provider.
The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault, unless coverage has been verified and accepted.
In the event of an accident, the renter must contact Supremacy Luxury Rides and local law enforcement immediately.
Renters are also responsible for any parking tickets, toll violations, traffic citations, or towing fees incurred during the rental.

6. Vehicle Condition, Damage, and Cleaning Policy

All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and photographed before each rental.
Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was received.
Excess dirt, spills, food residue, odors, or interior damage may result in a professional cleaning fee of $100–$300.
Any new scratches, dents, rim damage, windshield cracks, or interior damage will be assessed and charged at market repair rates.
Supremacy Luxury Rides may charge for vehicle downtime if repairs impact future reservations.

7. Fuel and EV Charging Policy

Gas-powered vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received. Failure to refuel will result in a $25 administrative fee plus the cost of fuel.
Electric vehicles (EVs), including Teslas and Kia EV6, must be returned with a minimum 70% battery level unless otherwise arranged.
Improper charging or failure to recharge may result in a $35–$75 charging fee.
Renters may only use approved public charging stations. Household outlets or unapproved chargers may cause damage and result in liability.

8. Roadside Assistance and Emergencies

Supremacy Luxury Rides includes basic roadside assistance with all rentals, including flat tire service, towing, battery jump starts, and lockout support.
Mechanical breakdowns not caused by the renter will be addressed at no cost, and a replacement vehicle may be provided if available.
Any breakdowns resulting from negligence, misuse, or prohibited use will result in full financial responsibility for recovery and repair costs.

9. Vehicle Tracking and Monitoring

All rental vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, speed monitoring, and vehicle diagnostics systems.
Tampering with or disabling any tracking device is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
By renting from Supremacy Luxury Rides, you agree to allow vehicle location and status monitoring for safety, theft prevention, and policy enforcement.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or failure to meet rental requirements (e.g., valid license, insurance) at pickup time will result in forfeiture of the rental fee.

11. Vehicle Theft, Tampering, or Unauthorized Use

Supremacy Luxury Rides will report any suspected theft, tampering, or unauthorized use to law enforcement.
Vehicles not returned within 24 hours of the scheduled return time, without communication, will be considered unlawfully retained and may be reported as stolen.
GPS tracking and remote immobilization may be used for vehicle recovery.

12. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By reserving and operating a vehicle from Supremacy Luxury Rides, the renter acknowledges:

They have read and agree to all terms in this rental policy.
They accept full responsibility for the vehicle while in their possession.
They authorize Supremacy Luxury Rides to charge their payment method for any applicable fees, damages, or policy violations.
They understand that violations of this policy may result in loss of rental privileges, legal liability, or vehicle repossession.
